Mindfulness is a quality of mind that we all have to some extent and can develop through further practice.
MYTIME CLASSES are run by Susan, a trained therapist who has experience in Meditation and Mindfulness teaching. Mindfulness evenings are comprised of small groups (6-7 people) and located in a quiet, private room in the centre of Dorchester with free parking after 6pm.
